BELGRADE – Serbian Prime Minister Ivica Dacic will be staying in the U.S. for a few days on an official visit during which he will take part in the session of the UN Security Council on Kosovo-Metohija, confer with high U.S. officials and attend the National Prayer Breakfast.
On Thursday, Dacic will meet with FBI Director James Comey and on Friday he will confer with U.S. State Department Deputy Secretary William Burns and Chief of Operations for the United States Drug Enforcement Administration Thomas Harrigan.
During his stay in Washington, Dacic will meet with congressmen Robert Aderholt and Ted Poe, the Serbian government Office for Cooperation with the Media released.
On Thursday, Dacic will attend the National Prayer Breakfast in Washington which traditionally gathers the U.S. president, members of the Congress, U.S. politicians and guests from around one hundred countries worldwide for a joint prayer on the first Thursday in February of each year.
The session of the UN Security Council on Kosovo-Metohija will take place in New York on February 10.
